Annabeth "Ab" Johnson

A celebration of life for Annabeth "AB" Brooklyn Johnson will be held Saturday, May 21, 2022, 1:00 p.m. at Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church with Bro. Trevor Gore officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. at the church. Webb and Stephens Funeral Home-Downtown is honored to be entrusted with arrangements.

Annabeth was born on December 1,2015 to Tyler and Raven Johnson. AB passed away at the tender age of 6 on May 17, 2022, at Children’s of Mississippi Hospital in Jackson, MS. Annabeth was a blessing to anyone who met her. She had courage beyond compare and withstood more than any one person should. She was a genetic unicorn and truly a miracle child.

Annabeth is survived by her mother, Raven Johnson and stepfather, Ethan Ferguson; father, Tyler Johnson and stepmother, Brittany Johnson; brothers, Matthew Jenkins and Lukas Johnson; grandparents, Richie and Daphne Massingill, Barbie Cooper, Toni and Tony Lockhart, Billy Johnson, Dacey and Becky Ferguson, Aaron and Erica Farmer, and Allan Oden; aunts, Melanie Diamond (Tony Jenkins), Lauren Massingill(Kimberly), Kayla May(Billy), Brandy Capps(Dan), Abbie Dean(Scott),  Jessica Ferguson(Darrien Reed) and Danielle Isham; uncles, Eli Johnson(Hayley), Johnathon Hutchinson(Summer), Brandon Massingill, and Scott Ferguson(Laney Boatner); and great grandparents, great aunts and uncles, and numerous cousins and friends.

She is preceded in death by her twin that died before birth; grandfather, Virgil (Bud) Hutchinson Jr.; great grandparents, Winky and Charlotte Litchfield, Roy Morgan, Johnny and Barbara Johnson, Virgil Hutchinson Sr., Rhonda Breckenridge, Patrick Nevels, Dennis Feeguson, and Dicky Massingill.

Pallbearers will include Tyler Diamond, Ben Jenkins, Dewayne Evans, Tony Jenkins, Scott Ferguson, and Darrien Reed.

Honorary pallbearers will include Tyler Boykin and CJ Donald.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Children’s of Mississippi Hospital in Jackson, MS.
